As of 18/08/2025, Francois Security is hiring for unarmed security officers and armed security officers. Unarmed security positions are always opening up hence your application will be kept and reviewed for the next round of hiring.
Experience is an advantage but not required. Training is provided for all positions. Supervisor roles do require prior experience or a degree in a related field.
Officers work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Flexible scheduling is available depending on the role.
Applicants will typically receive a response within 5–7 business days after submission.
The starting rate is CURRENTLY $8.00 per hour. Francois Security's starting rate will never be lower than the minimum wage rate declared by the Government of Dominica.
